Government Integrated Marketing Manager at Zoom Video Communications
The Integrated Marketing Manager, Government will be responsible for formulating and executing marketing programs for products, services and events targeted to our State, Local and Federal Government customers. The position entails partnering cross-functionally to coordinate customer communications and programs to generate new opportunities in targeted business functions and accounts. Source, plan, manage, and execute marketing programs, primarily in support of awareness and lead generation targets
Partner with Government Industry business owners and partners to identify objectives, craft marketing strategy and build omni-channel campaigns in support of business goals
Leverage customer data and insights to understand and identify target audience segments across customer types (i.e. decision makers, influencers, etc.)
Manage all aspects of the campaign process (concepting, intake/scoping, execution, measurement, optimization) working cross-department to coordinate tactics and to deliver on-time, on-budget
Partner with Product and Industry Marketing teams to develop messaging and content for product releases, education, thought leadership, product awareness, and training
Create or source content where necessary, for example (but not limited to) writing and managing email nurtures, digital ads and social media campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
Leverage customer testimonials and case studies effectively to drive sales
Establish KPIs, create review cycle, and provide insights on customer behavior to continually optimize program success
Analyze and evaluate marketing campaigns and strategies to determine current and predict future performance and effectiveness

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience running omni-channel marketing campaigns
Experience in Government or related field required
Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
Experience in video or web conferencing in the cloud preferred
Proficiency in SFDC, Pardot, Domo/Tableau, Google Analytics/Optimize, Asana
Strong program/project management skills a must
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication and analytical skills required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-growth environment
Comfortable on video and presenting in webinars
