The Role:

The Global Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating and implementing strategic global marketing plans under the direction of the Integrated Brand Marketing Director & in close collaboration with the Brand Manager.  They will have a full understanding of the marketplace positioning, consumer target and product lines

Responsibilities:

  • Implements global marketing campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
  • Responsible for catalogue creation, asset management & product information verification
  • Manages marketing material requests from global sales team
  • Enters product requests in Arena for item set up, SKU/UPC creation, etc.
  • Work cross functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure projects and tasks are being delivered and executed according to timeline requirements
  • Manages collateral projects including: content collection, production, distribution and inventory management
  • Works with PR to coordinate sample delivery for influencers, & brand ambassadors
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers as well as marketing vendors
  • Brainstorms how to incorporate visual content into our marketing campaigns in collaboration with the design team
  • Incorporates both quantitative and qualitative data in your content creation strategy and execution
  • Manage PO’s and track invoices for marketing expenses

Requirements:

  • BS or BA in Communication, Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a consumer goods company in marketing or project management
  • Capacity to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in an extremely fast paced working environment with a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to relate to and work with a variety of stakeholders across teams as well as work effectively independently
  • Experience managing outside agencies and vendors and creating/tracking invoices and payments
