The Global Display/Programmatic Media Specialist will manage and grow the international and domestic programmatic channel for Zoom. Main responsibilities include managing existing vendors while testing/on-boarding new ones, as well as buying, planning, executing, optimizing and reporting on global display media. This position will also play a major role in determining the optimal ad tech stack for Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programmatic display advertising campaigns including creative, targeting and budget management globally for Zoom

  • Create and analyze reporting which includes (but not limited to) bids, device, audience segments, geo and demo targets, creative, etc.

  • Build programmatic performance media reports that are shared across teams and within marketing

  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorms, and be on top of programmatic trends, acting as a subject matter expert

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Web Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Customer Marketing and Brand/Advertising to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities, and develop testing roadmaps

  • Contribute to creative strategy with internal design resources to create and test new creative constantly.

  • Project manage complex work streams and initiatives across marketing objectives. Can build out internal procedures and policies as needed.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 2+ years of experience in performance paid media with an emphasis on display/programmatic media

  • Familiarity with programmatic/RTB platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, etc.

  • Familiarity with advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social networks

  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail when planning and executing marketing programs.

  • Self-starter/scrappy mentality, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

  • Advanced Excel skills are a must.

  • Experience with SFDC & marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, etc) a plus.

  • Experience on B2B / SaaS marketing teams targeting an ITDM audience also a plus.
