Field Marketing Manager

KPA’s Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing all logistics, promotional activities and reporting/measurement of field marketing events and region-specific campaigns. This individual will also serve as the “Voice of the Customer” to develop case studies, testimonials, pitch decks, and other sales enablement content. The Field Marketing Manager will have deep knowledge of KPA’s product and services and will be able to articulate the value to customers and prospects. This is a hands-on role that reports to the Director of Product Marketing.
Field Marketing
- Work closely with regional sellers and sales management to define needs and goals related to growing the sales pipeline and accelerating the sales cycle
- Deliver marketing programs including digital account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and targeted State-level campaigns
- Work with regional partners and associations to extend KPA marketing reach via digital programs and regional events
- Work collaboratively with the Demand Generation team on core programs and events
Voice of the Customer
- Serve as voice of the customer back to marketing to inform and shape campaign, sales enablement and content strategies
- Develop case studies, collect testimonials and maintain a library of referenceable clients
- Provide input for product and thought-leadership collateral to reflect the needs of the customer across all of KPA’s target markets
Sales Enablement
- Assist in developing key product messages, competitive positioning, key feature definitions, product collateral, pitch decks and industry-related white papers
- Develop suite of sales enablement tools based on account, territory, campaign-based needs
- Enable and train sales, services and the customer success team on target market requirements and product positioning
Compensation
- Base salary between $70-85K annualized
- Bonus potential of 10%
