Field Marketing Associate (Remote)
We have an opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Associate to join the America's Field Marketing team in building national programs that build awareness and ultimately drive pipeline.
Our ideal candidate is highly-motivated and organized. You must be able to support program planning, logistics and end-to-end execution. Excellent people skills are a must as you will be working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, corporate marketing and third party vendors.
The abilities to multitask and prioritize are essential, as this role involves overseeing multiple projects at once including live and virtual events, webinars and campaign promotion to drive demand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ability to see the "big picture" and meet objectives in all stages of planning, design, and production.
- Management of all project elements within time limits and on budget.
- Develop pre and post show communication and nurture plans in partnership with segment and sales teams
- Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns and promotions to meet the revenue goals of Sales teams.
- Research skills to identify opportunities, understand the market, and generate interest.
- Own external vendor relationships and venue researching/contracting process.
- Travel - 20 to 25 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events
- Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team
- Analyze, track, and report on field programs ROI
- Work cross functionally to plan and execute successful lead generation marketing programs
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's in marketing or related discipline
- 1-3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, or demand generation and/or event management, or sales enablement
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate effectively.
- Strong communication skills - written and oral
- Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
- Driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
- Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
- Some experience with event planning and working with vendors is preferred.
- Strong process-orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time during events
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds
