To support our continued growth, Paladina Health is searching for an Event Marketer to formulate and execute field and event marketing strategy that drives growth across our client and patient population. The Event Marketer will liaison with business development, implementation, account management, marketing teams and third-party vendors to assist Paladina Health in meeting its adoption and engagement goals through event and field marketing activities.

The Event Manager must be comfortable in a hands-on, collaborative and flexible environment; with the ability to manage multiple events (industry trade shows, conferences, wellness events, speaking engagements, client/broker/partner summits, conferences, etc.) on time and within budget while meeting goals. The Event Marketer will create brand awareness and generate leads for Paladina Health at industry and corporate events throughout the year as well as oversee client specific events designed to drive adoption and engagement. This position calls for a broad range of capabilities, as the ideal candidate will manage events from beginning to end including strategy, lead capture and nurture, messaging, logistics, budgeting, travel, accommodations, vendor management and analysis. The Event Marketer will share accountable to meeting patient enrollment and engagement goals with the company’s B2B and B2C Marketing Managers, and will therefore have measurable targets on which to build their event and field marketing plans in collaboration

We are looking for a professional with demonstrated success in coordinating and executing all aspects of events. The successful candidate will need a dynamic personality and a proven ability to coordinate between multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including managing expectations, providing solutions and balancing a collaborative approach with the appropriate combination of assertiveness and diplomacy. This position requires some travel up to 30%, on average.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • Develop the overall strategy, messaging, and branding for each event in collaboration with the business development, implementation, account management, and marketing teams ensuring it supports larger corporate marketing strategy and sales goals.
  • Manage and execute event sponsorship opportunities, presentations, and promotions intended to maximize company exposure and produce leads.
  • Review and research future events for sales and marketing opportunities and provide recommendations to management regarding event selection.
  • Partner closely with Account Management team to support local events designed to increase patient engagement and enrollment.
  • Review and track invoices and expenditures (e.g., cost of show services, vendors, booth space, shipping, equipment, etc.).
  • Prepare ROI analysis of each event.
  • Generate and interpret post-show reports and participate in the selection and budgeting of events for the each year.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and goals.
  • Communicate status of tasks and deadlines to team members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  • Identify and communicate changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Perform research and reporting to analyze marketing program performance.
  • Own and manage the events budget.
  • Collect leads and oversee nurture programs in CRM and marketing automation systems

ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in event/meeting planning or similar marketing program management.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
  • Ability to analyze the success of each event and propose creative new improvements to the attendees’ experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing communications and graphics helpful.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Demonstrated proactive behavior and problem-solving skills with a "can do" attitude
