Enterprise (G2K) Partner Programs (GSI/RSI/ISV)
We are looking for an Enterprise Partner Marketing Programs Manager to create and manage the marketing and demand generation strategy with our leading channel partners (resellers, service providers, carriers, global system integrators, technology alliances partners, ISVs, etc) for the Zoom platform (Zoom Meetings, Phone, Chat, Events) targeting enterprise customers globally, with emphasis on global 2000 companies (g2K)
As Enterprise Partner Marketing Programs Manager, you will cultivate, maintain and build upon excellent partner relationships, work with our leading partners to implement Zoom marketing campaigns and work closely with Zoom Marketing stakeholders to align on strategy and execute it. You will track success metrics to create better future plans to influence partner-driven pipeline growth focused on Enterprise customers.
In this cross-functional role, you will also work collaboratively with internal Zoom teams including marketing, sales and alliances, product, finance, and operations teams to drive awareness of our leading channel partners focused on enterprise and develop supporting content and processes to support the program.
Finally, you will know how to operate entrepreneurially while working inside a large organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead Zoom’s end-to-end enterprise partner marketing programs strategy in order to grow partners’ bookings from enterprise customers. Build relationships that lead to effective marketing solutions
Create GTM and joint marketing strategies with partners to drive internal and external results. Execute key assets for joint solutions launch and sales enablement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sell-in strategic plans and initiatives, negotiate space, lead positioning and programs
Develop and execute end to end partner-ready integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing, product marketing, and channel teams
Build and manage MDF budgets supporting demand generation from enterprise customers through partners (tied to metrics) and manage post-campaign reporting by following up with partners to gather metrics/data on campaign execution effectiveness. Work with the analytics team to provide program analysis on the performance of all campaigns.
Develop joint messaging, solutions briefs, presentations slides, collateral, web and social content for external and internal education
Plan and execute partner-facing and customer-facing events such as enterprise field events, lunch and learns, advisory councils, and more
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of carrier/service provider marketing experience and understanding of the partner ecosystem relevant for enterprise and g2k customers (leading resellers, service providers, carriers, global system integrators, technology alliances partners, ISVs, etc)
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated record of building and fostering relationships
Partner-based experience
