We’re looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team, and bring a passion for crafting compelling email content! In this role, you’ll work closely with Content Marketing as well as cross-functionally to execute email campaigns.
What You'll Do
- A/B tests across all email communications
- Assist in the preparation of data reports email messaging results
- Own execution of new email campaigns
- Regularly analyze and report the success of programs to internal stakeholders.
- Execute strategy to engage and nurturing our audience to meet short and long term brand and business goals
- Collaborate with the creative and content team on tone of voice, copy, branding, and design for all engagement campaigns to reinforce our brand and positioning in the market
- Email + Product newsletters – produce monthly e-newsletter; grow subscribers and ensure all stakeholders receive communications; assess subscriber/readership metrics and trends
- Explore new database marketing opportunities to build lists and target leads to be nurtured
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of email marketing experience, building and analyzing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms — marketo preferred
- Ability to write effective on-brand copy with acute attention to detail
- A self-starter who can collaborate; someone who can work independently and cross functionally when needed
