General Summary:
As Email Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with our digital marketing team to build and support our email marketing strategy in order to attract new leads, convert prospects, and engage customers.
The Email Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the team that supports the digital marketing team through campaign coordination, executes one-off campaigns, and assists in developing emails to support prospect and customer engagement efforts across the organization. They’re responsible for managing the email calendar, coordinating all aspects of the email campaign and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
You’re the right candidate if you have strong attention to detail, excellent ability to track multiple projects happening concurrently, and the drive to learn and grow as a member of a growing, supportive team.
You will sit directly with the Digital Marketing team, work in close collaboration with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers and the Creative Team, and report to Manager, Digital Marketing.
Core Functions:
- Work closely with the product marketing, digital marketing, creative, and product development teams to create and deliver compelling email communications for various audiences, including newsletters, product surveys, and sales promotions.
- Manage all aspects of the email coordination process before passing off to the Email Marketing Specialist for deployment.
- Coordinate the email calendar to ensure customer touchpoints don’t overlap between value proposition groups.
- Monitor campaign and delivery performance.
- Measure effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and monitor subscriptions to continually improve ROI from email marketing efforts.
- Assist in writing and editing content for email distribution.
- Analyze analytics and generate performance reports to add to the marketing dashboard.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on email marketing
- Experience writing and editing email marketing content
- Basic understanding of CAN-SPAM and email best practices
- Web analytics experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive actions
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and a passion for marketing and sales
- Excellent verbal and composition ability
- Ability to operate and meet deadlines under pressure
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing or communications
- Passion for music or music related background
- Experience using some form of ESP

Compensation:
Peaksware/MakeMusic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $35,789 - $59,649. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.

Work Environment:
