Email Marketing Associate
POSITION PURPOSE:
We are searching for a highly strategic and creative Email Marketing Associate to develop impactful email marketing campaigns. This role is also responsible for the deployment and measurement of email campaigns inclusive of creation, coding and deployment through ad-hoc or automation. The Email Marketing Associate will partner with internal stakeholders to assess the success of campaigns and make suggestions for improved performance metrics.
You should be well-versed in email marketing best practices, email coding, email deliverability, compliance laws and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Email Project Delivery & Campaign Management:
· Develop and execute email campaigns in close partnership with Digital Marketing Manager
· Work with internal team to ensure that all areas of a solution are in sync
· Coordinate with other teams to deliver projects and improve email marketing results
· Participate in quality assurance for all efforts and provide QA support
· Audit campaign automation including data feeds and propose solutions
· Prepare, analyze, and present monthly channel-level metric reporting
· Analyze campaign data and analytics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and make optimizations
· Identify opportunities to exceed client expectations within applicable project scope
· Facilitate understanding of customer issues when escalated and resolve accordingly
· Work to minimize deliverability issues
Leadership, Innovation and Training
· In collaboration with Digital Marketing Program Manager, create department standard operating procedures
· Lead efforts to continually document, update and improve Registria methodologies and processes
· Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and our clients’ industries
· Actively pursue self-education and research project opportunities
Required Skills and Experience
· 3+ years of relevant work experience deploying email marketing campaigns within at least one Marketing Campaign Automation platform (e.g. Acoustic, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Oracle Responsys, etc.)
· Experience identifying and resolving complex technical and business process issues
· Ability to develop email code for campaigns (HTML)
· Experience designing compelling and attractive emails with proven engagement metrics
· Design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
· Experience working with deliverability issues and resolution
· Knowledge of email campaign best practices and techniques
· Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable interfacing with clients, vendors and internal users
· Experience with one or more of the following: Litmus, ReturnPath or similar products
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field experience.
Experience
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required.

Work is performed either in a remote or office environment. Does not require physical activity other than that typically utilized in such a setting, working with standard office equipment (such as copier, phone and personal computers). Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/year, plus equity
