Truewerk is growing! We’re looking for an experience ecommerce expert responsible for various e-commerce, digital marketing, and merchandising strategies from inception (research and development) to execution (implementation and reporting) including, but not limited to: website maintenance, site navigation, inventory/logistics tracking, site search, paid search, collection curation, product presentation, updating digital content to boost sales, traffic, conversion, engagement, and SEO/PPC. In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and provide support across the entire marketing organization with the goal of helping to optimize the customer experience on our site and integrate the Truewerk brand story.
Responsibilities
You will be our in-house expert on all things Shopify working to optimize the customer experience of our web store through continuous testing and iteration. Managing promotions, Shopify apps, flows, scripts, products, collection pages, landing pages, etc.
Perform A/B and MVT testing on website content, layout, messaging, and user interface to improve overall performance.
Work closely with the product, marketing and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient product and line launches.
Develop strategy and plan for basic CRM initiatives including but not limited to system integration, data management, customer acquisition, segmentation, retention and other campaigns.
Work with internal departments and agencies on website enhancement and revamp for better customer experience
Work closely with the VP of Marketing and outside agencies to optimize paid search, paid social, SEM, shopping and display/retargeting.
About You

Minimum of three (3) years of recent Shopify experience as an administrator, with a minimum of 5 years experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred, but not required. A familiarity or personal experience with trade work would be a bonus.
Familiarity with the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and the ability to leverage technology effectively and learn new tools and processes with ease. We use a wide range of tools including Slack and Trello
Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously and overcome obstacles.
Able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively on activities.
