What You Will Do

We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team!

Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Demand Manager will own driving demand, acquisition, growth, and retention for all SurveyGizmo customers. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience successfully acquiring business customers for Software-As-A Service products and understand the digital marketing tools and processes required to do so. This role will be responsible for building the demand engine for our products with goals around increasing awareness, driving quality leads and trials, and optimizing conversion points throughout the marketing funnel.

How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Develop our acquisition strategy in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Sales
  • Identify and manage lead-generation partners
  • Execute campaigns that drive new leads
  • Execute campaigns that drive growth within our existing customer base
  • Execute campaigns that increase retention of existing customers
  • Work collaboratively with designers and writers on marketing content
  • Manage agencies to maximize Google Adwords and Social Media campaigns
  • Optimize conversion points on the web site
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns

What You Bring to this Role

  • BA / BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in acquiring and retaining customers for a B2B SaaS Software business solution
  • Proven and visible marketing experience driving adoption and expansion of a product
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO, PPC, A/B testing, and Google Analytics experience
  • Possess a highly analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from customer engagement to product adoption to sales processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You must be a thinker and a doer
  • Previous experience being accountable for metrics, such as content effectiveness, Win Rate, Competitive Win Rate, market penetration, and market share
  • Skilled at working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
