Senior Director, Integrated Global Campaigns
Marketo is looking for a Senior Director, Global Campaigns who will elevate our brand through campaigns and programs. Working across marketing teams, this individual will create and deliver campaign experiences, across multiple channels – traditional and nontraditional – to inspire sales and marketing leaders around the globe to listen, learn and engage with their audience. This role is based in Marketo’s Denver Center of Excellence and will report into the Group Vice President of Demand Generation.
What you get to do in this role:
- Lead a small team as you work with product/segment marketing to establish a common campaign framework for the global marketing community to leverage.
- Work with the creative team, agencies, content, social and digital teams to design integrated multi-touch top of funnel and nurture campaigns.
- Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates.
- Forecast, measure, test, analyze and report on the impact of campaign activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales velocity.
- Accountable to the Sales VPs for delivering pipeline quota that converts to revenue.
- Develop and seek cross functional buy-in of the campaign briefs.
- Work with the product/segment marketing teams to inform asset and offer creation based on campaign performance.
- Work with the marketing operations team to optimize lead flow, database use and growth, metrics and reporting.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Solid global campaign strategy development and execution experience.
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise software selling motions preferred.
- Exceptional pipeline development and waterfall comprehension.
- Strong messaging, persona and buying cycle experience required.
- Analytical skills that align with how to think about campaigns and their outcomes.
- Solid writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Data-based, problem solver personality.
- Ability to influence in a matrixed environment in order to deliver on expected outcomes.
- Ideally 10 year’s-experience in B2B marketing, demand generation and campaign development.
- MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- 25% travel required.
