An Insider's view of simPRO Software Group

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

We shifted to a Flex4 workday in February. What does that mean? Employees work a 32 hour week while getting paid for 40. We are empowering our people to work the way they want to - a hybrid work model and optimal flexibility. Survey results have shown that while work time has decreased, burnout and stress have also decreased.

How does the company support your career growth?

Everyone has an equal chance to be recognised and promoted. In the past 7 years, I have gotten promoted & have seen employees uplevel to other positions. I have seen people move from support office to product, new uni graduate who became a dev team lead. There is plenty of opportunity.

Product Owner of ERP Integration

What is your vision for the company?

Our main business goal is to build a world where field service businesses can thrive. We do that through the products we develop. But more importantly, we deliver on our mission through the high level of service we give to our customers.

I also want our employees to thrive because without them, our growth and success wouldn’t be possible.

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I have never had such an amazing work life balance. Having an extra day off, and flexible hours, allows me to rest and recover, spend more time with family & friends and do the things I love to do. It’s an amazing thing I will never take for granted.
