Director, Product Marketing Boost Mobile
Department Summary
Equipped with Boost Mobile and its 9 million customers as the newest part of the DISH brand, we're setting our sights on competing in the prepaid and postpaid retail wireless market as the nation's fourth facilities-based mobile carrier.
This role will be working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Boost Mobile and broader DISH organizations. Focus will be managing the company's ecommerce product's growth and expansion across brands.

The Digital team is seeking an experienced, innovative, fun and results-oriented business leader to own the strategy, build and marketing/optimization execution as Director, Product Marketing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- E-Commerce: Lead all e-commerce strategic, creative and on-brand efforts from ideation to execution, working closely with key stakeholders (marketing and IT). Own the short and long-term e-commerce digital product roadmap while translating the product vision into compelling user experiences with best-in-class KPIs. Create compelling recommendations for feature development, CRO and/or changes through data-backed analyses and user insights/testing.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trust and relationships with key internal stakeholders such as marketing, technology, core DISH services (CX/Billing/etc.) and external partners. Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision-makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs.
- Execution: Deliver on time in a high-stakes environment where multiple priorities will need to coexist simultaneously. In charge of managing and handling daily requirements/issues from end-users.
- Culture: Nurture a data-centric team that places extremely high value on UI/UX, speed to market, attention to detail & product quality, innovation and shared success.
- Process: Implement a repeatable system for deriving business requirements, translating them to actionable wireframes.
- Represent Mobile Growth in key business reviews including operating planning reviews and quarterly and monthly business reviews.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Ideally, 5-8 years of experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with a focus on delivering a "best-in-class" user experience.
- Experience running a P&L/delivering business results.
- A highly collaborative mindset to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills.
- Can work effectively with PowerPoint, Google workspaces, e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento but not required) and analytics reporting suites.
- Expertise in digital online/mobile commerce, marketing, UX/UI, product development, Google analytics and A/B testing.
- A data-driven approach to turn insights into meaningful business decisions.
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing a collaborative team that wants to win.
Salary Range
Compensation: $150,000.00/Year - $225,000.00/Year
