  • explain what Performance Marketing is
  • provably demonstrate that you delivered consistent performance marketing results in an Enterprise/B2B demand generation/growth/performance marketing capacity over a multi-year span. This includes outcome data to support your claims as well as examples of the various types of skills you used to deliver the outcomes.
  • share 2-3 stories of your favorite “moments of campaign epiphany". In particular, highlight when and how you created a hypothesis a new experiment, the analysis you performed to discover it,  and how you optimized channels. Stories should include data points and outcome measurement.
  • provide an example of how you have worked across virtual teams and the collaboration skills you used and approaches you took to drive results
  • offer your opinion and examples of familiarity with current MarTech tools ranging from AdWords to HubSpot and the pros/cons of those you know.
  • communicate a very basic understanding of what OKRs are and offer an opinion as to why they work so effectively
  • talk about Lean or Agile Methodologies at a conceptual level.
  • give two examples of a demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and exploration.
  • enjoy the ride of working a start-up that will help power the transition to a Knowledge Economy

Location

Our Denver team is small but mighty and growing, currently around 30. We have ~70 team members across the rest of the US, and our remaining crew spans the UK, Germany, France, Bulgaria, and beyond. Our Denver office is located in the heart of downtown, on 16th & Welton.
