Metric Theory is searching to fill the position of Director, Head of B2B Paid Social. This individual will own the B2B focus of our Paid Social division. You are an expert in building B2B pipeline through LinkedIn and Account Based advertising. You will lead team management while developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. 

We are looking for someone with a passion for B2B marketing, well versed in CRM integration, down-funnel quality management and a thought leader who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in account performance, successfully build and oversee client relationships, and train future strategists.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Scale team through thought leadership as well as hiring and developing talent
  • Build & optimize LinkedIn/FB campaigns for B2B clients across various industries
  • Refine agency best practices and teaching other teammates on platform knowledge and B2B strategy
  • Work directly with Directors and C-Suite on strategy, sales, beta testing etc
  • Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs
  • Develop paid social strategy based on client-specific goals
  • Actively test and analyze targeting, ad creative, landing pages and positioning to drive results in line with clients’ goals
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision makers
  • Partner with clients to consult on overall digital marketing strategy
  • Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
  • Follow paid social industry trends, contribute to our agency blog, and help train our campaign management team

Qualifications

  • Direct paid social client management including paid LinkedIn strategy development, execution & client relationship management. 
  • 6+ Years of direct paid social client management including paid social strategy development, execution & client relationship management
  • 3+ Years of people management and team leadership experience
  • Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
  • Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Experience in Marketing/Sales Operations, comfortable speaking to stacks including: Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce, Bizable
  • An understanding of basic ABM strategies
  • High-level Excel proficiency
  • Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forests, and ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • An eagerness to work as a member of a fast-growing team

Not a Must, but a Plus:

  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6Sense, and Engagio
  • Campaign management in Twitter, Quora, Facebook

Compensation:

  • This role is exempt
  • Base Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
  • Target annualized cash bonus: $10,000
  • Target total cash: $120,000 to $140,000
