What You’ll Do 

As a Director of Marketplaces at Blue Moon Digital, you will report to the President. You will be responsible for fine-tuning our marketplaces offering. You will create, build, and optimize our brands’ marketplace presence in Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other applicable marketplaces. 

Your Responsibilities

• Create and grow our marketplace presence in Amazon and other desired marketplaces.

• Develop and execute strategy to grow our marketplace client base by substantiating the channel and championing the services.

• Partner with our sales team to accurately pitch, scope, and communicate marketplace offerings to potential and current clients.

• Conduct competitive research to stay informed of market environment and changes to identify necessary actions.

• Drive strategy and execution of our marketplace efforts for our clients across all channels of business.

• Provide, track, and analyze brand performance using a variety of data sources, with the ability to deliver insights and action plans for improvement and provide fact-based recommendations that support marketplace sales and profitability targets.

• Outline training and best practices for our in-house teams managing these programs 

What We’ll Love About You 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or equivalent work experience 

• 3-5+ years of eCommerce experience and a proven record of driving sales on Amazon and other online marketplaces 

• 3-5 years of experience working with eCommerce retailers, including an in-depth understanding of product merchandising, marketing, and forecasting 

• Quantitative analytical skills and aptitude 

• Excellent Excel skills 

• Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment 

• 4+ years’ SEO/SEM and digital marketing experience
