Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, including fast casual restaurants, convenience stores and wireless dealers, is seeking a Director of Marketing.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy and management of all marketing efforts necessary in acquiring and engaging with prospects and customers. A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing with a strong focus on digital performance-based marketing with a track record of results.

Mastery in understanding the marketing and sales process from lead generation to opportunity close. Work closely with sales and telesales on lead follow-through and with sales operations on the integration of programs with platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce.com. Will also work closely with outside entities such as marketing agencies, industry publications and SEO organizations.

Core Functions

  • Lead a small, focused team of marketing professionals to implement and execute a scalable, world class lead generation strategy to assist the selling team in exceeding revenue and retention goals.
  • Design and implement digital content strategy to drive traffic and prospect interest including paid social media, SEM, SEO, optimization of web pages, creation of high-traffic content and competitive research.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and identify trends, insights and key areas for optimization and ROI tracking.
  • Launch programs with multiple dimensions including 1st and 2nd sends, engaging content offers (webinars, white papers, video, survey results or demos) and pre-planned nurturing, qualification and acceleration actions as well as effective utilization of social media.
  • Managing varying elements of database marketing.
  • Develop and execute segment-based marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Liaise with product and sales teams in order to integrate market knowledge and lessons learned in order to be more effective to grow our business
  • Deliver weekly reports and visibility into how the demand generation program is performing against targets. Develop plans to address any weaknesses or ineffectiveness of programs.
  • Focus on outcomes, not on activity

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot), CRM database (Salesforce) and analytic platforms (Google Analytics)
  • Self-starter taking the initiative to identify outside the box strategies while working with key stakeholders to define and launch programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate strategic programs within the organization up to the board level.
  • Outstanding communicator willing to try new ideas and capable of selling your programs internally, creating buy-in from sales constituents and openly reporting on progress and results.
  • Outstanding Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelors degree required, specifically in Marketing or Advertising.
  • 10 years of experience in B2B marketing including a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience for SaaS companies.
  • 5+ years experience managing a successful team of marketing professionals.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
