TaskRay is searching for a Marketing Director who will position TaskRay as a leader in Customer Onboarding in the Salesforce ecosystem through a mix of thought leadership content, events, product marketing positioning, and new and creative ideas we haven't thought of yet. The ideal candidate will be a player/coach with broad experience in brand, demand generation, content and product marketing.

What your day to day looks like:
- Align the Marketing organization priorities to the broader business initiative through demand modeling and goal setting.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure both consistency of marketing messaging and that those teams have the resources they need to communicate effectively.
- Create and execute a marketing plan for the organization that is tied to our goals and budget.
- Join the company leadership team to contribute your own leadership, expertise, and the voice of marketing. - Own the TaskRay brand - messaging and execution.
- Build a product marketing practice at TaskRay.
- Build and maintain expertise in our market to anticipate market trends and customer needs.
- Develop competitive intelligence, threat assessment, actionable insight and associated timelines.
- Develop creative positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas and provide the sales tools and training to ensure our sales teams have what they need in order to execute sales plays in the market.
- Provide leadership to an outsourced demand generation provider and ensure that they build and maintain pipeline model, demand generation model, and predictive models for the organization.
- Test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance and marketing channels and analyze campaign KPIs, providing feedback to various stakeholders for recalibration.
- Optimize funnel processes, procedures, and standards to maximize funnel efficiency.
- Coordinate, scope, and identify the resources needed to execute marketing programs designed to drive awareness, increase demand, and generate pipeline.
What you bring to the table: - Minimum of seven years of experience in B2B marketing for high-growth technology companies with a strong emphasis on brand, demand generation, content and product marketing
- Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem highly preferred
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing and sales technologies (analytics, CMS, sales outreach tools etc).
- Extensive experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns
- Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong work ethic / excellent time-management skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
