Job Overview: Marketing Director
NextHealth Technologies is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to develop and oversee marketing programs and collateral across multiple channels, support company and departmental objectives, build top of the funnel sales support, and advance brand awareness.
Job Description:
The Marketing Director will report to the Senior VP of Marketing. The Marketing Director will partner with the SVP of Marketing on the creation and distribution of thought leadership - including presentations, white papers, articles, blog posts, and brochures - manage and create outbound and inbound campaigns, create and update product marketing collateral, and help organize and produce internal and external events. The Director will also be responsible for reporting on and giving insight as to how to improve key departmental metrics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, a strong writer, highly articulate, creative, and focused on finding solutions to challenges.
Job Details:
Manage NextHealth's bi-annual Executive Advisory Council event. The Marketing Director will be responsible for helping plan and manage all streams of work both pre and post event to ensure a successful outcome.
Write executive-level content for email campaigns, case studies, website, blogs and more
Conceptualize, plan, and oversee digital campaigns using a marketing automation platform
Contribute to the corporate and the Marketing departmental goals, including the creation of marketing qualified leads
Manage social media pages and posts with accountability for increased traffic and interaction
Maintain and enhance website
Work collaboratively with sales and product leadership to support evolving collateral requirements
Write and distribute press releases and track resulting traffic
Produce webinars and podcasts in conjunction with clients
Requirements:
7+ years of marketing for SaaS / B to B vendor experience required
Undergraduate degree from highly accredited university
Exceptional content writer with experience writing white papers, blog content, social media posts for executive audiences (B2B preferred)
Experience running digital campaigns including in and outbound using marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce
Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Self-starter
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Excellent references and examples of prior work
Preferred:
Adobe Creative Suite experience desired
MBA
Marketing agency or consulting background
Experience working with/for health plans or early stage health tech companies
