About the Role
OrthoFi is building a world-class team committed to wowing customers at every opportunity. We are looking for team members who are extremely self-motivated, love a challenge and can start contributing on day one. We are looking for a developing marketing professional who is excited to join a fast-paced startup that is on the verge of hyper-growth. This position will assist the Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing in all activities that drive sales leads and demand for this unique solution. The Marketing Director will primarily be tasked with establishing and driving the marketing calendar, developing marketing campaigns for current and future products and managing key timeline deliverables with media/fulfillment vendors to ensure timely execution. This person will also be drafting marketing communication content for various projects. This person will also be responsible for building the annual budget, managing P&Ls for events and other major initiatives, and measuring ROI for campaigns. This position will include a competitive salary and benefits, and may be eligible to earn stock options based on individual contribution and company performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university - MBA Preferred
5-8 years marketing experience
Prior P&L ownership a plus
Portfolio of successful digital and/or conventional media campaigns
Experience dealing with media vendors (design, print, online) a plus
Flexibility to work in a dynamically changing start-up environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Copywriting experience
Strong organization and project management with an eye for detail
CRM experience a plus
Technical: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint required. Skills with MS Project, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus.
