The Director of Marketing Operations will be responsible for building a team and martech stack that will optimize our entire go to market strategy. This is an incredible opportunity to have an outsized impact at a growth stage, PLG start up with visibility across the entire sales and product journey.
This position is a leadership role in our growing RevOps team, reporting to the VP of Finance. It requires someone with years of hands-on MOPs experience, who understands how to turn data into insight to help the business make better decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CMO and RevOps team to define and build a world class MOPS team. Provide thought leadership, and advise teams on best practices for all aspects of marketing campaign execution, reporting and optimization.
- Identify opportunities and gaps in the existing tech stack; define and implement an approach to an optimal martech infrastructure including adoption of a multi touch attribution reporting to provide deeper understanding of program efficacy at all points in the funnel.
- Lead the efforts across marketing teams to accurately forecast leads and opportunities by campaign and channel
- Design, implement, and sustain scalable processes for campaign measurement and lead the process for reporting and communication and alignment on results across teams.
- Oversee the MOPS and marketing teams ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns. This spans implementation of tools like Segment to coordinate execution between the demand generation team, website team, sales development and sales teams.
- Lead ongoing vendor relationship management, to ensure platforms evolve and meet our current and future needs.
- Attract, retain, and develop talent. Demonstrate commitment to JumpCloud’s mission and core values.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
- 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience with high-growth B2B SaaS companies (or similar), including 3+ years Marketing Performance Analytics experience.
- 4+ years direct people management experience.
- BA/BS degree; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in managing CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot). Experience with ABM, Inbound Marketing, 3rd party databases, event technology, web analytics and sales enablement technologies.
- Mindset and understanding of what it takes to succeed in a growth stage environment
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role is $160,000-$180,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan. Where you’ll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
