Bonterra is looking for an experienced marketing operations professional to manage our marketing technology stack. As we bring together five brands to become Bonterra, our Marketing Ops team is consolidating multiple marketing tech stacks and processes into one best-in-class stack to drive growth. This role will help us finish that consolidation, with a big opportunity to make an impact in defining what the Bonterra Marketing Ops function will look like going forward.
The Bonterra Marketing Ops group supports our marketing and sales teams by aligning people, process, and technology, improving efficiency and effectiveness to drive revenue. Part of Revenue Operations, our Marketing Ops team consists of a marketing ops leader, managers aligned with our Demand and Business Development teams, and an additional specialist. This director position is an individual contributor that manages our tech stack and a marketing operations agency, with potential for direct reports in the future.
  • Own Bonterra's marketing automation platform, Marketo, including platform administration, operational programs, database health, and integrations
  • Administer the rest of the Bonterra tech stack, which includes tools like Drift, Salesloft, Zoom Webinar, and more
  • Define, monitor, and refine our campaign operations processes within the tech stack to ensure quality and consistency; enable our Marketing Ops and Digital Demand teams with the tools and training they need to effectively drive demand across channels
  • Take the lead on audience management for the marketing organization, including developing effective segmentation using behavior and demographic information, and determining product interest and fit
  • Work with marketing leaders develop and execute our cross-channel nurture framework to reach people with the right message on the right channels at the right time in their journey
  • Improve our scoring, qualification, lead prioritization, and lifecycle model
  • Work with our analytics and reporting team to ensure we're collecting the right data for our measurement framework and attribution model
  • Be the escalation point for technical needs for projects across the Marketing Ops function

Experience
  • 7+ years experience in marketing or revenue operations (fast-growing B2B SaaS a plus)
  • 3+ years experience administering a marketing automation platform, Marketo required
  • Marketo/Salesforce certifications a plus
  • Team management experience preferred
