Greenhouse is looking for a Director of Internal Communications and Communities to join our team!

With the Greenhouse team growing fast and spanning five locations, we’re looking for a leader with highly honed skills building and executing internal communication strategy. You’ll collaborate and build partnerships across the organization to align organizational operations and internal communications. 

Reporting directly to the VP of People, this person will create and drive the strategic vision that aligns cross-functional efforts for community and connection-building for all Greenhouse employees.

What you’ll do

  • Build and execute an internal communications strategy for Greenhouse
  • Manage, coach, and guide the leadership of our Employee Experience and Executive Operations teams
  • Partner with the leaders in each of Greenhouse’s locations to drive engagement and inclusion 
  • Drive the strategic vision of community and connection-building across all Greenhouse locations 

You should have

  • 7+ years of progressive People/HR or Marketing experience
  • Experience working in organizations of at at least 1,000 people 
  • Proven experience building and executing a global internal communications strategy
  • Experience building teams and establishing communities across time zones and countries
  • Experience leading a team, with a passion for growing both individual contributors and managers
  • Comfort and confidence in managing a budget
  • DE&I experience, a strong plus

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $155,000-$195,000
