đ About the Role
As a Director of Industry Marketing focused on financial services and insurance, youâll be a strategic marketing leader responsible for crafting and delivering our messaging, positioning, and solutions for our customers and prospects in the financial services industry.
Youâll apply your direct knowledge and experience in the industry, including business challenges, digital trends, areas of investment, and buying centers to help:
- Our marketing team create highly targeted and useful content that drives awareness
- Our sales team accelerate and close deals
- Our customer success retain and upsell customers!
This role is responsible for helping Quantum Metric articulate and help solve customer problems and pain points. You are customer-obsessed, results-driven, and highly collaborative across key stakeholders and executives.
đ§ Responsibilities
- Help direct strategy and go-to-market activities for the FSI industry, leading to a direct impact on sourcing, influencing, and accelerating salesÂ
- Work closely and drive cross-functional programs, including integrated marketing campaigns, field enablement, partnerships, thought leadership
- Develop highly tailored messaging and content for solutions by FSI sub-industries and persona, through market research, customer interviews, analyst inquiries, etc.
- Write great content on your own and/or with the help of a team of writers to deliver helpful, relevant content to industry practitioners and executives

- Must have 7+ years of direct experience working in digital banking, digital insurance, or related, meaning youâve been in the shoes of our target customers
- Highly driven, self-directed, able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environmentâ weâre a startup after all!
