About the Role

Pomp is looking for a Director of Growth to lead the Growth team. As the Director of Growth, you will be responsible for setting overall strategy and the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing program focused on overall user acquisition of both B2C and B2B channels. You will be responsible for growing our B2B2C business that is mainly focused on SMBs (estheticians). You will provide operational and strategic leadership across channel acquisition, creative ad direction and strategy, product/technical site support, and strategic direction.

You’ve been a part of a fast growing consumer, marketplace, or SaaS business and you know how to create acquisition loops through SEO, UGC, referral, and paid media. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a B2B pipeline that supports the B2C growth
  • Develop lead generation and full funnel strategies and that grow strategic SMB market segments
  • Support the CEO in meeting growth goals, identifying and executing new growth opportunities, and understanding the success and performance levers of the business
  • Spearhead the growth by setting strategy, developing KPI accountability, and building a strong culture
  • Own the marketing acquisition P&L, set budget, control spend, and allocate spend to drive strong growth
  • Oversee all aspects of Pomp’s performance marketing program, including channel management, audience building, media buying, creative ad direction, testing, and reporting.
  • Work with Growth Manager to ensure traffic and email channels are aligned and driving toward patient conversion goals
  • Oversee and develop in-house SEO strategy to ensure strong organic search traffic with content strategy and site performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to grow pipeline and revenue 
  • Prepare and present monthly reviews of channel marketing activities and business impact

Key Job Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of demand generation experience ideally in SMB SaaS 
  • A strong professional background in acquisition marketing with a focus on B2B as a growth lever to drive B2C growth
  • B2B and B2C experience is a must
  • Prior experience growing and scaling a high-performing team
  • Adept at modern marketing and growth strategies
  • A results-driven marketer with a proven track record of measuring and tracking results 
  • Able to provide leadership, mentorship and build an internal culture across teams
  • Years of experience working at an online consumer brand, preferably in the ecommerce or marketplace space
  • You’re excited about the opportunity to work very hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy to build something incredible
  • Possesses a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to get things done both autonomously and collaboratively
  • BS/BA degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Startup experience a plus
