We’re expanding our award-winning marketing team and are looking for a sharp, passionate and seasoned leader to join us. The Growth team at Havenly is responsible for driving new client acquisition and client re-engagement through digital channels.  As Director of Growth, you will report to the Head of Growth and oversee the strategy, development and operation of the company’s growth, organic traffic, paid acquisition and CRM teams.

The Director of Growth will help us maintain our rapid annual growth rate by driving both the strategy and execution of our top-of-funnel lead generation and customer lifecycle marketing. You will focus on: optimizing and expanding our channel mix, growing our content and organic traffic strategy, improving conversion and leveling up our forecasting, tracking & reporting. 

Must be located or plan to relocate to Denver, CO. 

As our Director of Growth, you will:

  • Plan, execute and monitor a wide range of results-driven marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving awareness, building large audiences, and pushing conversion
  • Define metrics and analyze campaign success, track and forecast user growth, conversion, and engagement
  • Continue to grow our presence in organic and other low cost and highly converting channels, by building out our strategy to upgrade our SEO infrastructure
  • Help define our target customer and build deep insights into who they are, how to reach them, and how to speak to them. Spearhead product positioning and messaging.
  • Work with Head of Digital Marketing to partner with our product team to optimize our user experience, from the top of the enrollment funnel to utilization of features that will massively grow our organic presence, build engagement, and drive conversion
  • Champion our brand voice across all internal and external creative efforts

When you join us you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree/ MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of success in product or growth roles at fast growing direct to consumer companies, bringing a love and passion for scaled consumer businesses to the team
  • Obsession with keeping pace with the latest trends in growing and scaling consumer business
  • The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels and thrive in an environment with continual iteration 
  • A strong problem-solving track record - you’re able to think critically through unique problems with no set playbook and quickly implement a path to a solution, and you can toggle effortlessly between big picture strategy and in-the-weeds tactical problem-solving
  • You possess exceptional analytical skills.  You’re able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data.  You understand the nuances and complexities of data but act as a simplifier, realizing that data and insights are only powerful if they drive action.
  • Entrepreneurial/self-starter: you can build something out of nothing and possess the ability to try different things with minimal oversight
  • Outstanding communication skills. Regardless of the medium, you’ve got a way with words
  • Ability to facilitate group work in a way that encourages diverse viewpoints, seamless collaboration, and a healthy amount of risk-taking
  • You’re an incredible people leader, having experience managing in-house orgs
  • You have a track record of recruiting, nurturing, and retaining high-performers.
