Position Summary

The Director, Digital Marketing & Demand Generation is responsible for driving revenue growth through the creation of, and continual measurement and optimization of, integrated acquisition and cross-selling campaigns. This is a key leadership role within the marketing team and will be filled with a data-driven, collaborative and curious-minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is relentlessly focused on improving marketing performance.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage integrated acquisition and cross-selling campaigns across a number of channels (paid search, display, social, etc.), ABM strategies, and lead nurturing campaigns to deliver a consistent stream of high quality MQLs that result in pipeline growth and revenue
  • Leverage marketing automation systems and processes to optimize lead nurturing, scoring and routing 
  • Manage martech strategy 
  • Own and manage overall database health, including analyzing gaps in data and implementing practices that ensure data quality
  • Manage at least one direct report and multiple vendors
  • Manage performance through KPIs such as cost per lead and cost per acquisition, adjusting programs as needed
  • Actively monitor, analyze and report on marketing contribution. Identify program optimization opportunities

 

Required Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree from a four-year college/university
  • 8+ years’ B2B demand generation experience. Minimum 2 years in a marketing leadership role
  • Experience managing and coaching a direct report
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners
  • Proven track record leveraging integrated demand generation strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong background in paid search, display, remarketing and social media advertising with demonstrated success in those channels
  • Deep and demonstrated experience in lead nurturing and scoring
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and marketing automation systems
  • Superior data analysis skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager power user
  • Exceptional project management skills. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Collaborative, team-player, natural relationship builder
  • Highly flexible, curious problem-solver, able to move quickly and think creatively
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Strong analytical skills, superior attention to detail and a proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and communicate complex ideas

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Successful track record implementing and leveraging ABM strategies
  • Experience with Pardot 
  • Experience communicating with and presenting to C-level audiences
  • Experience working in an agency environment or consulting experience
