In 2021, Intelepeer invested in creating a world-class marketing organization including a demand generation machine. From technology investments like Marketo and Salesloft to developing an end-to-end lead generation to revenue funnel, there's one important piece still missing - a strategic, visionary Director of Campaign Management that can play a pivotal role in supporting our new BDR team, working alongside sales leadership to fill their pipelines.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, metrics-driven Director of Campaign Management to use their expertise in designing, executing, measuring and optimizing demand generation campaigns for our CPaaS solutions. The candidate will have the ability to craft and evolve the overall programs strategy, while also being able to roll up their sleeves and support the team in executing the components necessary to launch, scale and measure those programs.
Expertise and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 10+ years campaign strategy and execution experience in B2B SaaS/technology companies
  • Proven record of partnering and supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • 10+ years in digital channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Retargeting, etc), social channels and marketing automation platforms
  • 5+ years using Salesforce to manage and report on marketing campaigns
  • 5+ years managing lead processes & working with a variety of sales teams (field sales, BDRs, AEs, etc.)
  • ABM experience is highly preferred
  • Experience in running multi-channel lead generation programs across email and database marketing, digital marketing, social media, webinars and events.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - must have both an interest and skill in analyzing data and translating it into action
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Director of Content Management to develop a content plan that supports the campaign lifecycle and nurturing programs at each stage of a buyer's journey
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities while maintaining strong focus on details, execution and results
  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills.
  • Budget management skills
  • Ability to attract talent, coach and motivate a team (future state)
  • Keeps up to date on new developments & best practices in demand generation and campaign management across multiple industries;
  • Creates culture of innovation, experimentation and repetitive excellence;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

  • This role is eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of an employee's eligible earnings in the prior year and finalized at offer.


Compensation

  • The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $115,000 -130,000 for annual base salary. Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions pursuant to the Company's commission plan. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
