About the role:

Robinhood is looking for an experienced leader to structure, build, and lead a Brand & Marketing Programs team that will define and land the go-to-market strategy for user campaigns. This person will work closely with leaders across Robinhood’s Brand, Marketing, Creative, and Partnerships teams to provide direction on GTM strategy, to identify and drive growth of business metrics, to deliver executional rigor, and to maintain operational visibility across teams. This role will report to the Head of Product Strategy and have visibility into the company's product and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record for building and leading teams that deliver strategic and scalable solutions with measurable business value. You will become a trusted, strategic partner to your stakeholders and will articulate and execute on a vision for Robinhood’s Brand and Marketing Programs. You are excited by problem-solving within the programming and operations space, including creating and refining strategies and processes that optimize the work of our Brand and Marketing teams. You are knowledgeable about tools and vendors that will accelerate efficiency and help our teams scale effectively and sustainably. You care deeply about people and are excited about investing in their growth and career development.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Work with cross-functional leads and partners to help define and drive the overall roadmap for campaigns and directly manage Robinhood's largest user campaigns (1-2 per year)
  • Oversee a team of 5-7 Program Managers to run campaign coordination across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Community & Social, and Partnerships teams, ensuring on-time and on-brand execution
  • Have a strong bias for action, keep momentum on key projects, and enable Marketing leadership to stay abreast of critical decisions and timelines
  • Be data-driven in identifying areas of impact and driving business metrics for GTM campaigns
  • Drive operational improvements to reduce cost and increase overall impact for programs and campaigns
  • Establish and manage marketing planning processes, budgeting (in partnership with finance), reporting, and communications cadences
  • Onboard, manage, and cultivate relationships with external vendors and agencies

About you:

  • 10+ years direct experience in program management and/or operations, including 5+ years within a marketing organization
  • 3+ years experience with developing and nurturing a team of senior program managers, growing team efficiency, and guiding an operations team
  • Experience laying the foundation for and scaling an operations practice, growing team efficiency, and guiding a program management team
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Effectiveness in championing, growing, and upskilling a team of managers and ICs
  • Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously with limited oversight
  • Able to think big, understand complex problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Bonus points:

  • Experience using Airtable and/or Coda
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of middle- and back-office brokerage operations and compliance functions
  • Experience working at a fast-paced financial services company
