NetApp’s paid media team is going to be a global leader in data-driven programmatic media and search. By leveraging 1st party data, machine learning, dynamic creative, and sound trading strategies to procure high quality inventory, we aim to drive new customers and increase billings from customers we’ve had for years. 

NetApp believes that the paid B2B media of tomorrow will be always on, leverage data, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive customers through the journey 1:1 at scale. 

The Paid Media Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day management of the team and will evolve and operationalize NetApp’s media vision.  

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the long term strategic vision of the NetApp paid media technology platform
  • Evolve multi-touch attribution capabilities to understand what actually motivates customer behavior.
  • Reimagine programmatic media to support journey/trigger-based media, and dynamic creative optimization.
  • Oversee, manage, and provide day-to-day leadership of paid media function at NetApp.
  • Drive strategy, planning, buying agenda across the enterprise to maximize paid media efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategy – Lead the creation and implement paid media road map, guiding principles, and strategic guidance related to paid media in order to drive the achievement of NetApp revenue goals.
  • Planning – Manage & oversee NetApp paid media planning to maximize portfolio management, and efficiencies.
  • Work with NetApp’s Agency to communicate media vision, strategy and results.
  • Analytics – Oversee the development and delivery of media research and analytics that will inform paid media strategy, planning and buying.
  • Oversee relationship and management fee/structure negotiation with media buying/planning agency partners, including ancillary research projects, media testing and identifying new and emerging opportunities.

 

Education

BS/BA degree or equivalent related experience. 8+ years -- plus add additional experience requirements needed if you were to fill an open requisition, i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities.
