Digital Membership Sales Manager

The Digital Membership Sales Manager is a marketing position focused on growing the Pro membership base at BiggerPockets.com, the world’s #1 real estate investing platform. This person will oversee existing marketing funnels, such as Webinars/Paid Advertising, that drive the current user base to become paid members, as well as devise and manage future funnels designed to grow the paid membership base. 

 

YOU WILL:

  • Audit and manage the current funnels in place at BiggerPockets

  • Test new funnel ideas to find ways to grow the % of free members who become Pro 

  • Assist Marketing Team members in crafting and executing individual growth plans aligned with their career goals and the needs of the team/organization

  • Be accountable for the team’s ability to meet deadlines & exceed company expectations

  • Meet regularly (online or in person) with existing Pro members to determine needs and solutions

  • Split test pages across the BiggerPockets Platform to increase awareness of Pro 

  • Split test landing pages and sales page to increase conversion rates to Pro 

  • Find upsell opportunities to increase the average cart value of new Pro members 

  • Work alongside the rest of the Growth and Marketing Teams as needed 

  • Report results of progress in weekly metrics meetings 

  • Collaborate with executives, leaders, and other marketing team members to set and implement a team strategy that aligns with organizational goals

 

YOU HAVE:

  • Have a deep understanding of the multiple personas of BiggerPockets users

  • Excellent knowledge of and experience with sales and marketing funnels 

  • Knowledge in conversion rate optimization practices 

  • Able to work independently and self-motivate 

  • Effective communication with real estate investors who vary in their sophistication

  • Ability to use split testing software such as Google Optimize, Unbounce, LeadPages, etc. 

  • Knowledgeable of current social media marketing trends and best practices 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of marketing experience working inside sales funnels in an online environment

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role. Moving equipment for production and videos is regularly required. 

Travel: Some travel is required for this position, including attendance at several conferences throughout the year, as well as company retreats. Not likely to exceed four weeks in total per year. 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
