Digital Marketing Web Analyst
Gogo Business Aviation is looking for a Digital Marketing Web Analyst. The Digital Marketing Web Analyst is a key member of the Gogo Marketing team. This role needs someone who is a business and marketing person first, tech person second – with deep understanding of Gogo’s digital marketing needs and the ability to analyze web behavior, help develop strategies, and ensure we hit our goals. You’ll be responsible for search engine optimization, web conversion and optimization, personalization and analytics.
The Digital Marketing Web Analyst will design, develop, implement, maintain and administer internal web analytics, SEO keyword management and strategy development. The desired candidate must have a keen, and ongoing, sense of the best practices required to maintain and grow an effective online presence. You will work closely with the web development team and provide guidance on the implementation of Gogo’s web marketing strategies with the goal of enhancing website performance and effectiveness.

How you will make a difference?
- Help define and drive strategy for online experiences based on business and user goals, leveraging your skills in web analytics and understanding of customer behaviors and customer journeys
- Develop and lead the overall SEO strategy (on-page elements, keyword analysis, performance audits)
- Guide and partner with the strategic marketing team to deliver an optimal PPC strategy
- Assist with A/B testing on the site to improve conversion paths and optimize the site experience/results
- Provide dashboards and insights from web analytics
- Assist with creating on-site personalization strategies and execute those strategies
- Consult with others to integrate approved design elements into a variety of web environments
- Exchange information with technical team members, creative and brand, system users, vendors, and the wider marketing team to discuss web design concepts, ideas, programming, and implementation timelines
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of web analytics experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated digital and SEO strategy experience
Required Skills, Experience and Talents
- Expertise in web metrics platforms, particularly Google Analytics, SEO applications and related technologies
- Demonstrated experience with digital strategy and web experience planning
- Proficiency working with Kentico and/or other widely used CMS applications
- Strong understanding of the importance of UI/UX design planning
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of the different digital marketing channels
- Effective communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment
Preferred Skills, Experience and Talents
- Experience with graphic and web design software such as Eclipse, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience across all digital marketing channels
- Experience using several of the following technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and XML/XSLT
