Digital Marketing Specialist
Nymbl is searching for a mission-driven, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive Nymbl’s acquisition, engagement and retention. This person will join a diverse, high performance team and report to our Senior Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include strategy, execution, and optimization of automated and paid digital marketing campaigns and user journeys.

Nymbl is a Denver-based, high growth Series-A startup. Our mission is to prevent 1 million falls, and we’re well on our way.
Our core product is a scientifically proven digital balance training solution, delivered via smart device app, that is saving and changing lives. Until now, balance training programs have been expensive and ineffective. Nymbl uniquely provides an effective and engaging way to reduce fall risk by training the brain and body to work together in just 10 minutes a day.
Our marketing team’s work spans from acquisition (enrolling in the Nymbl balance training program) to retention, with the goal of maximizing Nymbl’s user base and creating highly-engaged users through compassionate, cohesive and compelling content.

What You’ll be Doing
Building, executing, and optimizing automated digital campaigns and user journeys using CleverTap marketing platform across multiple channels (with an emphasis in email marketing) to drive engagement and retention with the Nymbl balance training app and program
Tracking and reporting digital marketing campaign performance; analysis of campaigns and effectiveness including strong understanding of CPA (cost per acquisition), open rate, click-rate, CPC (cost per click), and other key digital marketing metrics, identifying and executing areas for optimization
Creating and managing targeted recurring and trigger-based digital marketing campaigns incorporating user properties and behavioral data and metrics.
Crafting precise and meaningful user segmentations with strong attention to detail.
Creating and managing efficient paid marketing campaigns with set budget, to include but not limited to Facebook Ads and Google Ads; making recommendations and identifying new channels of opportunity
Creating (or managing the creation of) marketing assets to be included in campaigns, such as copy, images, or videos, that drive high value and engagement for our users
Supporting new and exciting co-branded client partnerships, from ideation to launch, alongside the marketing team
Required Experience
3-5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, start-up experience preferred.
Proven results launching and managing successful digital marketing campaigns
Experience building, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns and user journeys with automated marketing platforms
Experience crafting user segments and recurring and trigger-based campaigns.
Work Location
Availability to work in the Denver metro. This role offers a hybrid remote and in-office environment.

The salary band for this position ranges from $50,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
