Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support TrackVia’s marketing efforts in order to help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals. Your contributions will play a key role in the success of our company’s demand generation campaigns, programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have great marketing operations and project management skills, be highly organized, passionate about their work, and have an eye for detail.


Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a variety of marketing campaigns and programs with direction from the Senior Director of Demand Generation and help perform analysis of campaign results
  • Assist in the development of campaign materials, such as web pages, landing pages, blog posts, emails and other resources as required
  • Assist in managing TrackVia’s advertising campaigns on Terminus, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Assist with Account and Lead database segmentation, validation and cleanup in Salesforce and Pardot
  • Contribute to executing webinars via GoTo Webinar
  • Ensure the timely and quality turnaround of multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Assist with data tracking and reporting on campaign or program results in a thorough and insightful manner

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum experience in a marketing, advertising or communications environment, preferably within the SaaS software space (internship experience will be considered)
  • Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation software, such as Salesforce and Pardot
  • Technically-minded to work in a variety of marketing operations platforms including but not limited to Salesforce, Pardot, Terminus, Wordpress
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong people skills, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, commitment to meeting deadlines, and an ability to act as a problem solver
  • Adobe Creative Suite, video production skills, a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
