Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of KORE’s products and services. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of KORE’s products, industry, and customer priorities. Proficiency in graphics, design, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, marketing automation, and email marketing is a must, along with a strong broad base on marketing skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, development, and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
  • Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as sales, operations, and customer success.
  • Leading ongoing management of digital touchpoints, including koresoftware.com (blog and other resources) and owned social media accounts.
  • Assisting with external agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Developing and managing marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, email metrics, and other campaign reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM programs.
  • Presenting recommendations to Marketing Management and the executive team as needed.
  • Developing, managing, and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a business/marketing/design-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the sports, brand, or media industry
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing successful social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Must be able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
  • Proficient with Adobe Suite, HTML, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
  • Comfort with data, technology, analytics, and sports/sponsorships as key subject matters
