Want to be a part of this journey? We’re currently looking for a dynamic and creative full-time Digital Marketing Specialist for our SumUp office in Boulder, CO. This role will be working with our US marketing team to further develop the SumUp US payments ecosystem and assisting in the growth of our US merchant base across the country. What you will do:

• Write and edit copy across a variety of channels and formats, including ads, emails, landing pages, web, event communications, blogs and product pages
• Develop consumer-facing messaging around our product features, benefits, technologies and usages
• Frequently optimize copy based on performance across paid and organic channels
• Support cross-functional creative strategy for the US market across all points of the funnel: acquisition, conversion, retention, and everything in-between
• Contribute to the ideation and development of SEO-keyword and evergreen articles for the blog on a regular basis
• Enforce the cohesive SumUp brand voice, tone, and message across all customer touch points
• Swift and effective writing and ability to produce on deadline
• Collaborating effectively with designers, marketing team members, and internal stakeholders to produce authentic, consistent, and engaging messaging and customer-centric content across multiple channels

 Why this is the right opportunity for you: 

• You have 2+ years of experience in digital copywriting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt your copy to the SumUp tone of voice
• You are comfortable in English. Any other language is a bonus! 
• You have a bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, or another related field
• Quick learner in a complex and technically-minded environment
• Execution focused and goal-oriented, with excellent project management and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and quickly execute high-quality work
• Proactive, with the ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Self-motivated, energetic and agile with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
