Your role:

The C3LX Digital Marketing Specialist plays an important role in our growing business by creating, deploying, and reporting on initiatives supporting C3LX’s overall marketing strategy. This role will work to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns that create brand awareness, increase website and social traffic, generate new leads, and build loyalty with existing clients. Principal responsibilities will include leading email marketing initiatives, C3LX social media channel engagement, website content management and development, and helping as needed with a broad range of digital marketing activities. This role reports to the EVP Client Experience and is expected to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, marketing competence, and a desire to grow as a professional. A creative mind, strong analytics skills, and the ability to take initiative will be keys to success in this role.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage C3LX’s brand on social media and increase awareness and engagement across channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Email, and Blog.
  • Develop strategic digital marketing campaigns for C3LX conference events that include email promotions, landing pages, & social media.
  • Manage C3LX’s digital lead generation and routing process within Hubspot including routing leads to sales or appropriate departments for follow-up.
  • Continuously monitor and improve C3LX SEO efforts.
  • Create email marketing campaigns, including email development, scheduling, testing and reporting.
  • Assist in updating C3LX’s website, creating new landing pages, and posting blog content using Hubspot.
  • Manage the marketing content on C3LX’s internal servers, to ensure the most up-to-date marketing materials are available.
  • Measure and report performance metrics to gain insight and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns including Hubspot, Google Analytics, social media analytics, audience reporting, etc.
  • Work closely to directly support sales and Account Managers.
  • Work closely with design to actively support the C3LX visual brand.
  • Support an environment of collaboration by interacting with people at all levels of the organization, across multiple functions to develop and execute relevant and impactful campaigns.
  • Support Hubspot marketing automation & CRM database management efforts.
  • Design and manage strategic marketing efforts for C3LX Clients.

Skills, experience, and qualities that will help you be successful:

  • Stay current on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, marketing automation including email marketing, & demand generation.
  • Live the C3LX values in all aspects of your role
  • Quick to learn new web and social channels and tools
  • Excellent writing skills required
  • Experience with email marketing programs required
  • Familiarity with CRM technologies, previous use of Hubspot a plus
  • Experience using content management systems and web analytics (Google Analytics) a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in the Adobe Design Suite a plus
  • Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations.
  • Curious, eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially with social media and email content.
  • High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership.
  • Effective time manager with ability to execute on multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Take initiative and be on the lookout for additional ways to support the technical team efforts and overall growth and impact of the company.
