We are a rapidly expanding our US Marketing Operations and seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be an integral part of our New US Marketing Team. simPRO’s client base is increasing and as a result, we require the skills of a Digital Marketing Specialist who can expand and continue to grow with our focus in the US.
This position is based in Broomfield, Colorado and reports directly to the Director of US Marketing, who is based in Colorado.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an established, employee-friendly, global company with a new US presence that started in 2017 in Colorado that will grow exponentially across the United States in the next 12 to 18 months.
The Role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays an important role in our growing business. This role will work to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns that create brand awareness, increase site traffic, generate new leads, and build loyalty with existing customers. Principal responsibilities will include leading, building and executing integrated campaigns across marketing channels including website, SEO, SEM, display, email, and social media. This role will analyze and identify audience targets, set campaign goals and metrics, monitor online marketing campaigns, create content across multiple platforms, select target and reach methods, utilize and/or develop the most effective offers, and report on program results for continuous improvement.
This role is expected to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, marketing competence, and a desire to grow as a professional. A creative mind, strong analytical skills, and the ability to take initiative will be keys to success in this role.
Essential responsibilities and duties:
Develop strategic, creative paid advertising campaigns that accelerate lead generation, lead conversion, new market development, and brand awareness
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) techniques
Assist with various digital marketing duties including updating website content, creating landing pages, producing blog content, and posting on various social media channels
Assist in email campaign strategy and execution
Measure and report performance metrics to gain insight and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
Support Salesforce database management efforts
Support an environment of collaboration by interacting with people at all levels of the organization, across multiple functions to develop and execute relevant and impactful campaigns
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
A minimum of 2+ years experience in digital marketing or demand generation
Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics
Solid experience with web publishing technologies (hands-on HTML ability is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation technologies, previous use of Salesforce and Pardot a plus
Strong writing and editing skills
Knowledge of composition, graphic design fundamentals, web and mobile responsive design best practices
Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership
Effective time manager with ability to execute on multiple projects with competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
