Paladina Health is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Downtown Denver! The Digital Marketing Specialist located in our Corporate Office in Denver will assist the marketing team by taking accountability for executing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that meet our organizational goals.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications.  This position will work collaboratively and share accountability with the entire marketing team on shared initiatives and goals, specifically to promote patient enrollment and engagement through digital marketing channels.

This position requires professional etiquette, time management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.  The ideal candidate for this position is a data-driven and results-oriented team-player with a deep interest in managing the digital components of the marketing execution process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • Create exceptional email content using a combination of WYSIWYG editing tools, inline HTML coding, and graphic design
  • Maintain quality assurance for email sends in regards to content, visual design, and recipients across all email marketing efforts
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including patient enrollment and engagement campaigns, lead generation and lead nurture campaigns, patient and physician communications, internal and external e-newsletters, webinar promotions, event promotions, and customer research to optimize click-through and conversion rates
  • Assist in developing automated marketing journeys (including content, logic, timing, and execution)
  • Coordinate email blasts, template/design optimization and A/B testing
  • Write custom list queries to create email audiences through marketing database
  • Assists with marketing and advertising campaigns across various digital channels; implements, manages and optimizes digital campaign tracking tools
  • Prepares marketing status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing enrollment and engagement data
  • Keeps digital marketing materials up-to-date by coordinating requirements with graphics and analytics teams; audits website content; tests website functions and integrations; interfaces with web development team to oversee enhancements and fixes
  • Plans and executes digital marketing efforts including social media advertising, IP address targeting, PPC, SEO/SEM
  • Monitors digital analytics (web, social, email automation),analyzing actual results and trends against forecasts
  • Stays proactively apprised of industry knowledge and news by participating in educational opportunities, reading trade publications, and monitoring news via Google Alerts or otherwise
  • Achieves organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; proactively explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments with efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with a variety of video projects that tell our story utilizing both internal and external stakeholders (testimonials, compilations, animations, webinars, etc)
  • Use mobile and interactive tools such as texting, web conference, online surveys, and polling to engage with existing and prospective patients to drive enrollment and engagement
  • Support content marketing efforts, including blogging, content curation, white paper/case studies, social media, video, etc

ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Healthcare marketing and social media experience a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in these technical skills/areas is required:
    • Project management platform(s) : Asana, Salesforce Whiteboard, Microsoft Project, Podio, Smartsheet
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Google Analytics
    • Customer Relationship Systems (CRM), ex: Salesforce
    • Content Management Systems (CMS), ex: Drupal, Wordpress
    • Marketing Platforms and/or Marketing Automation Systems (Silverpop, Marketo, Saleforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Eloqua, etc)
    • Social media in a professional setting, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Slideshare, Vimeo, YouTube
    • Data visualization tools, exs: Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview
    • HTML coding & knowledge of unique HTML needs for email development
  • Proficiency in these technical skills/areas is preferred:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Display advertising
  • Strong experience with marketing channel testing and metrics reporting
  • Analytical, quantitative and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges
  • Knowledge of editing, working with external vendors and the marketing production process
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to listen effectively to customers ,coworkers and clients to gain understanding of their needs and the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proactive behavior and problem-solving skills with a "can do" attitude
