Digital Marketing Specialist (Website and SEO Specialist)

To that end, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us Reach our athletes and coaches.
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will be working closely with the Marketing, Content and cross-functional mission teams. You will help identify opportunities to optimize our user acquisition funnels by owning our marketing website analytics, developing A/B testing strategies, and optimizing our site for technical SEO. You’ll manage the production of new pages, posts, and articles to bring our message and content to life and drive engagement! The perfect candidate is a Wordpress, Google Analytics, and A/B testing all star!

You will sit directly with the Marketing Team, work in close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams, and report to the VP, Marketing Director, Marketing.
Core Functions:
Technical SEO & marketing website management
- Designing, developing, optimizing, maintaining of Wordpress digital sites, landing pages, and posts
- Management of our Shopify website
- Implementing SEO best practices & current trends for optimization of websites across all landing pages, posts, articles
- Working closely with members of the content marketing team to bring written content to life in articles, guides, and blog posts designed to drive engagement
Reporting, Tracking & Metrics
- Own our website analytics. Identify opportunities for optimization in alignment with go to market and user acquisition strategies
- Develop and maintain KPIs and analytics including performance summary, multivariate testing, and conversion campaign tracking
- Continually monitor campaign performance and provide updates to stakeholders
- Provide strategic input on data collection and usage including the identification of data points to leverage and driving efforts for collection and integration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years digital marketing experience
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Strong communication, project management, time management, and analytical skills required
- Detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure
- Internal or self-motivation to complete multiple tasks and projects on time
- Strong project management skills including managing digital communication calendar, and creative and data needs with tight deadlines
- Experience managing WordPress websites, experience with Divi is a plus
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing including test design, list splits, deployment and results
- Demonstrated experience tracking data, including standard email engagement, metrics, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge and experience with structured data
- Knowledge of SEO/ASO best practices
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience using the TrainHeroic platform or in-depth strength and conditioning industry knowledge

Compensation:
Peaksware/TrainHeroic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Colorado is $55,063 - $91,772. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.
