Digital Marketing Manager

How you’ll make an impact
This is a marketing role responsible for managing programs of work, delivering campaigns and uncovering insights that drive business growth across our digital marketing channels for both the Partner and Direct sides of the business.
An important aspect of this role will involve the individual establishing and maintaining good working relationships both within the Marketing team and the wider organization.
What you'll do
- Partner with an agency and/or in-house specialists to continually optimize our digital channels (SEM, always-on Display/Social) for customer acquisitions and awareness
- Provide relevant insight from data analysis
- Ensure efficiency and agility in execution
- Manage the repository of learnings/outcomes from each program
- Publish findings across the marketing team and broader business
- Build strong feedback loops of providing business context to the agency and/or in-house specialists and deriving insights on digital performance from their reporting
- Support broader digital campaign strategy and management with regional marketers based off test and learn insights
- Work with external strategic partners to manage marketing initiatives that create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities (Gusto, etc.)
- Work with Campaign Managers to continually optimize campaigns in market
- Expand and optimize communications through email marketing campaigns and marketing automation
- Regional market research to guide digital strategy

- Maintaining a complex marketing schedule and managing dependencies across resources
- Achieving growth/uplift across key metrics
- Analyzing performance for driving growth/uplift across key metrics and programs.
Critical Competencies
- Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences
- Strong project management and campaign scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proven ability in influencing others by adapting approach to suit the individual in order to achieve the right outcomes
- Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
Experience
- 4+ years of relevant growth campaign/marketing management experience
- Proven experience in the creation and development of growth campaign strategy, positioning and messaging
- Experience with Audience Manager, Target, Display/Retargeting, SFMC (ideal)
- Experience executing campaigns within demand gen platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Etc.)
- Experience with SaaS is preferable
- Experience interpreting, analyzing, and expanding upon digital marketing metrics
