The Marketing department is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.  This is a newly created position, reports directly to the SVP of Marketing, and is based out of our corporate  headquarters in downtown Denver.  Working across the Sales Development, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, your primary goal in this role will be to drive greater revenue growth through efficient conversions and personalized brand awareness via Agility's website. We are looking for a savvy digital marketer who will be able to create website programs that help drive organic search, then engage and convert visitors.

 

The ideal candidate will have digital marketing expertise, strong program and project management capabilities, and hands-on experience working with online advertising platforms such as Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative digital marketing strategy for Agility
  • Ensure alignment of our digital initiatives with business priorities and KPIs
  • Oversee the Agility website including website design, conversion rate optimization, systems/tools, user experience, and execution roadmaps
  • Define and execute SEO/M analysis, keyword plans, and reporting/optimization
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Refine website channel continually, improving operations and processes to increase productivity and effectiveness
  • Produce web and digital content to support Agility's digital customer experience
  • Contribute to the strategy and execution for paid search, paid and organic social, display, and retargeting
  • Design, manage, measure, and optimize inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive demand and brand awareness  for business development
  • Partner with internal teams to support integrated campaigns and advise on the best use of digital tactics to support program objectives
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Work with Marketing Operations to integrate martech with the website including automation platforms, chat, etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or another relevant major OR relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 1+ years of experience in web production and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience as a hands-on user of paid search platforms, social media advertising, and retargeting/display
  • Experience in SEO/SEM. A/B Testing, Heat Map analytics, web personalization, and social
  • Experience with marketing Automation (Pardot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM tools (preferrably Salesforce)
  • Excellent strategic, analytics, and problem-solving skills
  • Applicable knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML and CSS
  • Experience with web CMS such as Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience/background:

  • Experience with B2B demand models and website integrations
  • Experience working with partners (in-house or third-party) in UX, web design, graphic design, content distribution, and other marketing functions
  • Background in web development
  • Enterprise B2B software or eCommerce background
