We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the behavioral health business unit of EverCommerce. This position is best suited for the individual who has expertise in digital marketing and demand generation to drive our continued growth. This role will play a key part in developing and executing digital marketing and revenue generation strategies for the behavioral health companies of EverCommerce.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Marketing Program Director, your primary job functions are to optimize our digital marketing efforts, maximize ROI, and help enable sales effectiveness in relation to our marketing and communications efforts. You will work with company leadership to strategize our digital marketing efforts, and then be the primary point of contact to create, build, launch, monitor, and manage our digital marketing campaigns. You will find data-driven insights about our campaign strategy and tactics, optimize our marketing efforts to maximize ROI, and then help enable sales effectiveness.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of all digital marketing initiatives through the Marketing technology stack, including; website analytics, CRM, conversion optimization, landing page and website optimization, lead scoring, email marketing campaigns, social media marketing, business intelligence reports, and more.
  • Manage content marketing and promotional marketing calendar to ensure multi-channel execution is coordinated effectively.  
  • SEO optimization and best practice implementations across all of our online presence.
  • Work with leadership team to develop executive-level summaries of marketing campaign performance (KPIs) and develop automated dashboards for regular daily monitoring.
  • Work closely with company leadership and sales management to manage marketing attribution and pipeline reports by Lead Source, Conversions, RevGen Attribution, Marketing ROI by Channel, Cost Per Lead, Top Performing Content & Campaigns.
  • Track, measure, analyze and improve ROI by channel and tactic to drive resources investment decisions and marketing effectiveness
  • Lead strategy creation and tactical execution of website and customer acquisition/lead generation landing pages, and work collaboratively with development and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation. (Wordpress knowledge a plus but not a requirement)
  • Be the point of contact and manager for any outside agency or design contractor work.
  • Execute email campaign sends, build and optimize templates, manage mailing lists, and set up new campaigns.
  • Own, execute, and nurture communications strategy for prospects and customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead the strategic oversight of PPC and SMM campaigns that are managed by EverCommerce internal marketing support staff.
  • Work with leadership to access growth opportunities by being the primary source for collecting and reporting data and research in support of the creation of all marketing strategies, including but not limited to; Go-To-Market, product marketing and expansion, cross-sell opportunities, subsidiary cross-pollination efforts, customer experience optimization, market expansion, and shared RevGen process optimization
  • Set up regular check-in meetings with the behavioral health business unit leadership to build relationships and ensure progress across all programs and campaigns
  • Be the primary point of contact and manage all cross-pollination marketing and communications campaigns with EverCommerce subsidiaries as needed

Experience, Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing, inbound marketing, and/or product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, business management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • PPC campaign management and Account Based Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong SEO & Content Marketing knowledge. Technical SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience measuring / reporting revenue attribution and ROI
  • Strong Analytical skills with the ability to produce meaningful reports for the marketing team and executive team, with attention to detail. 
  • Experience with campaign metrics from various marketing channels including Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook, remarketing, display advertising, social, and others. 
  • Google Analytics certification at the time of hire or within the first 30 days of employment is required.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns to produce quality full-funnel tracking.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Behavioral Health or Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Organized and self-motivated problem solver with a knack for innovation and strategy.
  • You must be curious and be willing to put in the extra time and effort needed to develop new skills quickly and to take advantage of this career growth opportunity.
  • You must have the ability to show us a clearly documented successful campaign results within at least one of the following; Google Ads, Facebook campaigns and email marketing campaigns.
