About this role:
We're a small and scrappy marketing team working to impact massive growth, while simultaneously building a strong foundation for our quickly scaling future. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in our mission to connect more consumers to easily accessible and high quality mental health services. This role will be responsible for creating, leading and executing a clearly-defined digital strategy with an approach that supports consistent growth and enhances brand awareness using the integration points between people, process, and technology.

You must love data and creating strategies based on analysis. You're motivated to build a strong team, but ready to roll up your sleeves to get programs established before that happens. And honestly, you won't be successful in this role if you're not comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
Gotta have this:
- 3 - 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing.
- Proven accountability for lead generation, top-of-funnel growth and associated revenue KPIs.
- Experience with measurement plans and dashboards for media and search campaigns using Google Analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice to have this:
- Previous experience in the health industry.
- Previous experience managing a department with supervision of employees.
- Previous experience working at a high growth company.
