Digital Marketing Manager

As a key member of our marketing team you’ll be planning and executing digital campaigns that will drive revenue growth.  You understand omnichannel marketing and how to plan the appropriate programs for direct, ecommerce and B2B revenue success. Your experience working in a dynamic, high-growth Saas we need to enhance our team. You’re a gifted project manager, ROI driven marketer, Google Analytics practitioner and HubSpot guru looking for a place to call make a real impact.

How you’ll spend your day:

  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing digital channels - web, content, social, SEO/SEM, PPC, email, demand, and lead generation
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns and measuring performance, managing to both engagement and response rate targets
  • Optimizing campaign performance through testing including A/B and Multivariate of ad copy, creative, within landing pages, bidding strategies and negative keywords
  • Making recommendations for new programs that will elevate channel performance and expand our reach – keyword Revenue!
  • Implementing modern marketing processes and enhancing current practices by developing a playbook and training your team as necessary
  • Collaborating with content and design to develop and execute channel assets across multiple channels - website, content syndication, email, social media
  • Creating marketing performance reports and presenting insightful analysis to your leadership
  • Identifying potential data quality issues – assuming responsibility fo QA testing and guidance 

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • BS/BA in media, communications, integrated marketing, or a closely related field
  • At least 4 years of experience as a professional marketing manager with an emphasis on demand generation, organic and paid media – in a B2B centered agency or SaaS company
  • Ability to work with diverse teams including sales/accounts, product, creative and marketing while consistently communicating and influencing strategic and cohesive direction 
  • A creative thinker capable of generating new ideas and solving complex marketing challenges that result a measurable ROI
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills - you have the ability to interact with coworkers, customers and vendors to foster a cohesive vibe on your team.
  • Passionate, responsible, resourceful, problem solver with a “can do” attitude
  • A natural leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring others to reach their potential
  • Your Superpowers include multitasking and priority juggling
