Digital Marketing Manager

Altvia is seeking a collaborative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with strong writing skills to take our marketing channel management to the next level. This role will manage content and SEO strategy, working closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Analyst, and client-facing teams as well as cross-functionally to drive sales accepted leads and new logo acquisition.

The Marketing team is responsible for delivering prospects ready for a conversation, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness for our growth-focused organization. If you are motivated by rapidly testing new ideas, measuring and communicating results, and assisting prospects throughout the buyer’s journey by delivering the right content at the right time, you will thrive in this role.

Altvia is a premier Salesforce.com partner that operates at the intersection of finance and technology. We deliver software solutions for Private Equity Fund Managers and Investors. Our primary product offerings include pipeline management, portfolio tracking, investor correspondence, secure sharing of documents with external parties, and data visualization.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and drive the content strategy for the company including themes, personas, and the distribution &  editorial calendar

  • Manage the content development process including creating new short and long form assets as well as external and internal writers.

  • Manage Altvia’s Wordpress instance including:

    • Yoast SEO recommendations

    • Site Structure and layout updates

    • Blog posting and content updates

  • Own the brand standards documentation and use including voice, tone, and the graphical representation of Altvia

  • Manage development and communicate performance of campaigns, website updates,  and other marketing programs driving innovation and testing

  • Own the event calendar including sponsorships, speaking engagements, and brand awareness opportunities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create impactful campaigns to drive engagement

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements to incorporate into data and marketing systems--driving consistency throughout the system and across teams

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Act as a subject matter expert on digital marketing and content best practices

What you bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on organic and/or paid search

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong data analysis skills to take reports beyond creation to making actionable decisions

  • Strong writing and project management skills

  • An ambitious attitude and a desire for continuous improvement

Bonus points for:

  • An understanding of Private Equity / Alternative Asset Management

  • Salesforce Experience

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and a good eye for the User Experience

  • Google Adwords or Hubspot Inbound Certifications
