We are seeking a skilled marketing technologist who is creative and smart, and is passionate about building smart compelling digital marketing programs. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager will play an important role in continuing to optimize our digital presence, define new processes and manage a wide array of innovative marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for multi-channel marketing efforts to a wide variety of segments.
  • Leverage marketing communications tactics to acquire and retain customers.
  • Manage all of the market facing digital properties and be well versed in latest web trends, CMS and marketing application developments.
  • Create and manage innovative and cost efficient digital marketing campaigns involving SEO/SEM, Keyword/PPC, and Link Strategy + Tactics
  • Implement and administer CRM.
  • Select, implement and optimize marketing automation platform.
  • Design, implement and optimize a marketing tech stack using right sized tools and processes.
  • Administer and contribute to segmentation strategy and scale with efficiency.
  • Understanding of closed-loop practices in online marketing efforts.
  • Create and decipher web analytics dashboards and advise marketing team regarding optimization strategies and tactics.
  • Some Web development and technical support on front facing digital properties
  • Liaise to product, UI/UX team and third party resources.
  • Serve as the liaison to external vendors for program servicing including but not limited to advertising opportunities, publishers, and bloggers.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and provide feedback to all levels of team.
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple deadline driven project simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Candidate Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, including social media platforms
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns as well as measuring web traffic and analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Email automation platforms, administrator experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Deliver consistent and complete execution in a timely manner with constant mindset of optimization
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a willingness to try new things.
  • Excellent analytical skills used to make educated recommendations and decisions for future marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to accept wide range of responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Strong project management skills, attention to detail and meticulous organization.
  • Desire and proven ability to learn as much as possible about the target customer segment to create maximum value for that segment.
  • Ability to translate the state of the market into successful digital marketing initiatives and campaigns with a high degree of compelling messaging.
  • Experience with email rules such as GDPR and CANN
  • Experience with global digital marketing practices and campaigns, with localization and scaling skill set

Preferred Candidate Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe design applications.
  • Experience with financial services/FinTech/blockchain or related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, Confluence, and Slack.

Job Type:
Full-time.

Must reside in the Great Denver Area or be willing to relocate.
