We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team in Downtown Denver. The ideal candidate is a creative, critical-thinker with a deep understanding and proven track record in paid social, SEM, marketing technologies, analytics, and multi-channel demand generation campaigns. What You’ll Do:
The Digital Marketing Manager will contribute to the strategic growth plan and drive daily execution of digital acquisition marketing activities. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and directly manages customer acquisition at all levels of the sales funnel.
In our fast-paced startup environment, every day can (and will) be different. Your role is to take charge and assume responsibility for the following:
Support the VP of Marketing in network growth goals, identify and execute new growth opportunities, and understand the success and performance levers of the business
Direct the strategy and performance of our Facebook & Adwords marketing agency
Oversee digital media spending across key acquisition channels such as FB, Instagram, Pinterest, Outbrain, and others
Oversee the execution of all PPC campaigns to lower cost, increase user quality, improve paid conversions, etc.
Develop remarketing strategies to target potential customers and bring them back for conversion
Own the marketing acquisition budget
Drive the customer journey through the acquisition funnel via email, mobile push, platform marketing and dynamic content
Control and allocate spend to drive growth
Oversee execution of budgeted spend and reporting
Develop and project manage weekly data deep dives to inform acquisition funnel decision making
Develop and execute A/B testing of digital creative and assets
Our Ideal Candidate Displays
A deep resonance with our mission and values as an organization
2-4 years of paid marketing acquisition experience in Facebook and/or Adwords
2+ years experience with subscription-based product funnels
Knowledge of core Excel functions such as: vlookup, pivot tables, & data visualization
Experience with Mixpanel analytics or similar
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience marketing subscription products and understand their unique dynamics
Experience with mobile dating and social apps
Experience working with Agile or Lean Startup methodologies
